Do you store my API keys or secrets?
No. The intake form asks what your project does, not how it connects. We never see and never store anything sensitive. The kit is generated entirely from your description.
Will the output look generic?
No. Every kit uses your actual product name, your actual feature list, and a template tuned for your specific project type (Claude Code skill, MCP server, CLI tool, etc.). We track regeneration counts internally — if our output is generic, we fix the template.
Can I tweak the output?
Yes. The dashboard lets you re-generate any individual artifact (just the X thread, just the blog post) without re-running the whole kit.
Can I use this for non-AI products?
Right now we're focused on AI-agent, MCP, and developer-tool launches. If you're shipping something else, the templates won't fit as well. We'll expand into adjacent categories once we nail this one.
What if my project doesn't fit a template?
Pick "Other" on the intake form. We'll review manually for the first 20 cases and add new templates from real customer requests.
Where do you post the hosted landing page?
kit-<your-project>.launchkit.smartbizcalc.com during beta. Custom domains for Pro tier in Phase 2.
Refunds?
Yes. If the kit isn't usable, we refund and rebuild it. No questions for the first 30 days.
Do you post to Reddit or HN for me?
No — and intentionally so. We generate drafts; you post manually. Reddit and HN anti-spam rules are non-negotiable. The kit includes notes on how to post each piece without triggering removal.
